A true gem in Normandy!

Points positifs : What is not to like about this place? Everything was perfect. Upon arrival we were greeted by the host himself offering us a nice glass of champagne. The deluxe king room we booked was gorgeous and the swimming pool with drinks was fantastic! A.beautiful place to stay.

Points positifs : Chateaux de la Ferrier is a stunning historical property. OUr room was like a palace and the breakfast was wonderful. Note that this is a private home and there are not many guests, but the floor and room where we stayed was private and lovely

Points positifs : Fomos recebidos pelo proprietário com extrema gentileza e a chegada com a visão do Château no topo do gramado é maravilhosa. Na entrada tem uma galeria de arte que dá um charme extra. A exclusividade é total pois tem poucos quartos, é silencioso e pudemos vivenciar como é viver em um Château. O quarto é o banheiro de grandes dimensões são espetaculares, com móveis antigos e objetos modernos da coleção dos proprietários .A piscina é de excelente qualidade e as conveniências oferecidas transmitem simpatia e delicadeza com o hóspede combinando com toda a classe do local. Caminhadas pelo bosque da propriedade, percursos até Bayeux , pelas fazendas e vila próxima tornaram a estadia inesquecível.

It was the best part of our holiday in Normandy.

Points positifs : The chateau is incredibly beautiful. Jeffry is a wonderful host and made us feel right at home. The grounds are lovely and perfectly maintained. The staff are very friendly and helpful. I highly recommend Chateau de la Ferriere for your next stay in Normandy.

Heavenly place with loads of history - war, Bayeux, Giverny Gardens.

Points positifs : Perfect - orders taken the night before but relaxed if we forgot! Eggs, smoked salmon, fruit, cheeses and pastries.

Points négatifs : Literally nothing! Apart from wishing to stay longer!
