Points positifs : The owner was so welcoming & generous. This house is beyond beautiful. The grounds, rooms, lovely gardens to wander and we enjoyed the company of the dog. Our little 4yr old had a wonderful time here and we would return in an instant. The breakfast was also beautiful.

Points négatifs : Nothing to fault

Points positifs : A beautiful and elegant building on the edge of Bayeux sitting in quiet well-maintained grounds.

Points négatifs : Maybe slightly ‘faded’ by some standards, but perfect for us.

Family Manor house, ten minute walk to central Bayeux

Points positifs : Yseult was a lovely host, sharing her home that has been in her family since 1755

Points négatifs : If you want modern fixtures and fittings this is not for you, but if you want history and classical style this is perfect

Charming host, excellent breakfasts and good location

Points positifs : Excellent breakfast, lovely grounds and perfectly placed for all D-Day sites

Points négatifs : Not a complaint but if you have mobility problems, be aware that you will have to carry your luggage up 2 flights of stairs.

Points positifs : Yseult was a wonderful host and accommodated our needs perfectly - we had some issues charging our electric car, and she kindly let us slow charge overnight with the help of an extension cord, and arranged an early breakfast for us on the day of departure. Breakfasts were fresh and wonderful.

Historic stay for an historic region

Points positifs : Loved the history of the Manor, the location, an easy walk into Bayeux, the delicious breakfast, and the marvelous hostess, Isolde. The house has been in her family since the 1750s, it felt perfect to be staying in such an historic home when exploring such an ancient region.

Points négatifs : I loved it all, but it is not for mobility challenged, with lots of stairs. The room is like a time capsule, so if you want everything perfect and modern you won't get that. But you will have the authenticity of staying in a very well equipped room from a gentler Era.

Points positifs : Alles, sehr zu empfehlen, 10-15 Min zu Fuß ins Zentrum, gut zu laufen

Un lugar especial con una anfitriona espectacular!

Points positifs : Lo mejor de la estancia fue Yseult, una extraordinaria anfitriona. Nos hizo sentir como en casa en cuanto nos recibió con su amabilidad y su disposición a ayudarnos en todo momento. El desayuno con productos frescos preparado con cariño y esmero. La casa en un entorno muy cercano a Bayeux tranquilo para descansar. Un alojamiento especial en una casa del siglo XVIII con toda la esencia de la época. Gracias Yseult por todo!!

Points positifs : Posto molto caratteristico. La camera viene rifatta tutti i giorni. Molti asciugamani. La ragazza che ci ha assistito è stata gentilissima! Colazione super mega. Voto 10

Points négatifs : Se possibile un po’ più di pressione dell’acqua della doccia, che scende davvero piano.
