Beautiful & cosy apartment in a nice location

Points positifs : Tastefully decorated and fully equipped apartment within minutes to waterfront, bars & restaurants, shopping areas and tourists spots. Check-in and out are stress free. Easy access to car parking that is big enough for my estate car, quite rare in France. Highly recommend and will stay again.

Cozy , very good location- you can go everywhere on foot. Quite. Secured parking slot.

Points positifs : Apartment was in a very good location. Parking slot available. House was really fully equipped. The whole building was really quiet, so guaranteed nice sleep. I loved the balcony, I could chill out during night having a beer 🙂

Points négatifs : Only a soap was missing , but is a minor thing. Apartment was as expected to be.

Perfect apartment in a perfect location

Points positifs : The host is wonderful. We know very little French but Karines help made check in easy. The apartment is just as good - if not better than the photos. Very modern, fresh, clean and every detail is beautiful. Ample storage, everything you need to stay. Nice little balcony. Secure parking. Elevator in building. Easy to locate. 20 minute drive from the Ferry Port. A walk away from a nice marina/ canal with plenty to eat and drink around and express shops nearby for anything you need. We stayed 5 days and were very happy. The location is walking distance to Caen centre. Our 3 year old daughter managed it fine. Thank you so much Karine for such a great apartment. I would recommend for a trip to Caen. 10/10.

Great accommodation and location.

Points positifs : Great central location in Caen, easy flat walk to restaurants, shops, attractions, etc. Despite being so central, it was still easy and quick to get out of Caen to visit other parts of Normandy. Very comfortable flat and also very well equipped. Very good shower. The garage parking space is an absolute bonus for such a central location. The owner was very helpful in arranging delivery and collection of the keys. Highly recommended.
