Expérience intéressante

Points positifs : C’est vraiment un lieu splendide, élégant, un peu insolite propre et très confortable. Le placement par rapport au centre ville est idéal. La literie et le linge de toilette sont 5*.

Points négatifs : En déplacement professionnel stressant c’est très agaçant d’avoir de l’intendance de check-out, poubelle et vaisselle à gérer avant de partir travailler. Et de se soucier d’avoir bien 2.000€ de marge sur le compte business pour assurer la caution à 24 h du déplacement. Je ne referai pas même si le confort était a un excellent niveau.

Idyllique

Points positifs : Appartement luxueux et agréable en tout point : espace de vie, vue, localisation, literie de qualité, confort, sécurité.

Points négatifs : Une table bistrot sur la terrasse et deux chaises seraient un plus pour pouvoir profiter de l’extérieur ne serait-ce que l’instant d’un café

Points positifs : Super appartement, bien décoré belle vie dans toutes les sens. tout était parfait. Facile, accès au plein de centre-ville , je recommande

Points négatifs : J’adore les terrasses super vu , et l’appartement superbe décoré , c’est juste magnifique de passe séjour dans cet établissement .

Points positifs : The apartment was very clean and the facilities were good. The location was fantastic too. The hosts were helpful and their instructions to get to the apartment were easy to understand.

Splendid indeed

Points positifs : The apartment was indeed splendid as was its view towards the town. Having the impressive building the old Ladies' Abbey in front is something never to forget. All the family was sure that we would not have enjoyed our trip to Caen and the region that much, if we had not stayed at this particular place. A very modern and comfortable apartment in a modern new building just a short walking distance from most of the town's landmarks and a nearby area of nice restaurants. Having a parking place in the garage of the building is a great bonus for car travellers. It may not have been the cheapest solution, but the experience was certainly worth each single cent of its price!

Points négatifs : Simply nothing to dislike at the apartment. Only the higher amount of the security deposit was a bit stressful, I must admit (a lesser amount of, say, EUR 1K would have worked probably well too). Still, no problem whatsoever in the end of the day - easy blocked a day before arrival, easy released just couple of days after check-out, if not even perhaps the day right after. All was fine.

Points positifs : De penthouse was een droom – ruim, modern en meteen een wauw-effect! Perfecte ligging in het centrum met winkels dichtbij. Duidelijke check-in instructies en heel vriendelijk contact met de eigenaar. Absolute aanrader!

Points positifs : L’appartamento è pazzesco, grande, luminoso, rifinito con cura in ogni dettaglio. Non sembra un appartamento in affitto qualunque che si trova su Booking ma è un vero appartamento di lusso. Ogni cosa è ben fatta. La posizione è comodissima per visitare la città! Veramente super consigliato. Onestamente anche spendendo di più non ho mai trovato di meglio.
