Intérieur de goût, raffiné et reposant ; emplacement idéal

Points positifs : La maison est aménagée et décorée avec goût et finesse, avec de beaux meubles, objets d’art et toiles, un escalier intérieur en pierre taillée splendide et une cour intérieure avec fontaine fraiche et reposante. Très bien située pour visiter Bayeux et toutes les plages du débarquement.

Giselle, our hostess, was most kind in meeting us and even posted the charging cable that I had left behind back to me.

Points positifs : Beautifully furnished in a quiet neighbourhood within walking distance from the centre of Bayeux.

Points négatifs : Would have preferred a proper double bed, but we knew that it would be two singles put together.

Points positifs : La Berlue is beautifully presented and truly unique. There is an attractive courtyard and garden. The property had everything we needed and a high degree of comfort. Also Bayeux is a lovely town with plenty to offer. The property is an easy 15 minutes walk from the centre but in a quiet area. There is a wonderful bakery nearby. Cycling in the area is also a feature. Giselle is a wonderful host.

An excellent choice for those wanting easy access to the centre of Bayeux as well as roads to the Normandy sights

Points positifs : We really enjoyed staying at La Berlue. We particularly liked its location and the ease of getting to the city centre, the courtyard for eating outdoors and the whole quirkiness of the house. There was also a choice of free offsite parking very close to the property.

Points négatifs : It would be very picky to highlight anything. The only thing I would mention was the requirement for a €300 (returnable) cash deposit. We had a lot of prior notice, but wouldn’t usually have that much cash.

Points positifs : The calmness and wonderful little garden to sit in. Not very long distance to walk to the centre. Giselle was a fantastic host, very friendly and helpful, she gave us a lot of useful information.

Points négatifs : Only the churchbells early ringing, but you could cope with that, not such a big deal.

Es war ein außergewöhnlicher Urlaub in einem besonders schönem Ferienhaus ...

Points positifs : Es war einfach herrlich: der kleine gemütliche Innenhof, welcher wegen der darauf befindlichen Gebäudenischen auch bei Regen genutzt werden kann. Der schöne große Garten am Haus. Das liebevoll eingerichtete Haus mit vielen kleinen Details zum Wohlfühlen. Es war alles vorhanden, was man für einen wunderschönen Urlaub benötigt. Man fühlt sich in dieser kleinen \
