Havre de paix, jardin magnifique

Points positifs : Jardin magnifique, calme absolu dans la campagne normande, maison typique qui correspondait parfaitement à notre besoin. excellents échanges avec la propriétaire, très réactive. Ma belle mère âgée était confortablement installée dans la chambre du rez de chaussée, proche WC et SDB. à noter que l'autre lit double est dans la mezzanine difficilement accessible pour une personne âgée, mais pour nous c'était parfait.

Points positifs : Très bel endroit au calme, logement avec piscine bien équipé, spacieux pour quatre personnes. Hôte très réactive et agréable. Même le chat nous a bien accueillis ;-)

Fabulous, quiet, tranquil location

Points positifs : Location is everything, and this was perfect. In the middle of nowhere and surrounded by fields, it was as quiet as it gets, no light or sound pollution, nothing but birdsong and the occasional tractor and cow sounds. Gardens are huge, and although the owners are attached to this property, it felt extremely private. We knew Ingrid was there if we needed something, but we didn't hear or see anyone. The pool was brilliant and thoroughly enjoyed by us. The whole house was spotless when we arrived with comfortable beds and all you need for a good stay. We were greeted by lovely Ingrid with presents waiting for us too. It is also perfectly located within normandy with easy access to beaches within 30 minutes, Caen, Bayeux, Honfleur, Carbourg etc. And we made it to Mont St Michel too, which is within 2 hours away. We would definitely come back.

Points négatifs : The only thing that needs updating is the washing machine. It's rather old, and i dont think the rinse function works on it, meaning you have to rewash your clothes again to get rid of soap. And it doesn't get rid of the water that much, so you have to wring the clothes out by hand. We booked for two weeks so washing machine is essential and an upgrade would be recommended. If if its second hand but upgraded model. However, we made it work, and it would not stop us from coming again.

Points positifs : The house has a very large garden with trees. It is a paradise and very quiet. Ingrid made us most welcome despite a language barrier! We enjoyed our stay very much.

Points négatifs : We noticed that certain items were lacking: egg cups, chopping boards and a tablecloth. The icebox was difficult to open without risking breaking the door! Nevertheless, there is all you need.

Lovely family break in quiet and peaceful surroundings

Points positifs : Very clean. Plenty of space and storage. More than sufficient crockery and cookery items. The private pool was the main selling point and it was great.

Points négatifs : The pool was great. However, the filter wasn’t powerful enough. We bought a net to clean it each time. Didn’t seem to be chlorinated either.

Points positifs : Locatie, contact met Ingrid. Prachtige omgeving met veel privacy. We kregen een leuk welkom met lekkere Cider. En contact via whatsapp was prettig en snel. Ook een verzoek voor extra beddengoed werd snel opgevolgd.

Points négatifs : Eigenlijk was alles perfect. Alleen punt voor verbetering is de bank in de huiskamer. Deze zit oncomfortabel doordat er een houten plank onder de kussens ligt. Echt een gemiste kans voor open doel want als dit verbetert is alles perfect.

Heerlijke vakantie locatie met leuk zwembad

Points positifs : De mooie ligging van het huisje, het mooie onderhouden tuin en heerlijke zwembad. Doordat het huisje mooi centraal in Normandië ligt kun je alle kanten op.
