Maison proche Omaha Beach

Très bon séjour, si on a l'occasion, on reviendra.

Points positifs : Très bon accueil du propriétaire qui a pris le temps de tout nous expliquer concernant la maison. Celle ci est bien équipée et très bien située par rapport à tous les lieux concernant le débarquement. ( Très proche de la pointe du Hoc, de Omaha Beach, Utah Beach et autres musées). Cette maison est grande et on s'y sent à l'aise.

Points négatifs : Globalement, on a tout apprécié. Je dirai qu'en terme d'amélioration, peut être rajouter une cafetière normale quoiqu' on s'est bien adapté à la machine à café. La télé est grande et dispose d'un nombre de films et de chaines impressionnants mais on a été un peu perdu lorsque l'on devait changer de chaine malgré les explications qu'on nous avait données. Là, peut être un petit mode d'emploi ne serait pas de trop.....Peut être aussi qu'on était pas très doué😊😊

Dom idealny na spokojny wypoczynek jak i zwiedzanie.

Points positifs : Spędziliśmy wspaniały czas w tym miejscu! Dom położony jest w świetnej lokalizacji – blisko do miasta, sklepów, piekarni i restauracji, a jednocześnie w cichej, spokojnej okolicy. Idealna baza wypadowa do zwiedzania regionu – łatwy dojazd do najciekawszych atrakcji i muzeów, a w pobliżu również sklepy z lokalnymi produktami. Sam dom jest bardzo przestronny, urządzony ze smakiem i wyposażony w wysokiej jakości sprzęty. Znaleźliśmy tu wszystko, czego potrzeba na co dzień – od kuchni po sprzęt do sprzątania czy rekreacji. Wszystko było perfekcyjnie czyste i zadbane. Ogromnym atutem jest piękny, duży ogród – dzieci mogły bezpiecznie i swobodnie spędzać czas na świeżym powietrzu. Wokół panuje błoga cisza, co sprzyja odpoczynkowi. Na koniec warto wspomnieć o niezwykle sympatycznych właścicielach – kontakt był świetny, a atmosfera bardzo serdeczna. Zdecydowanie polecamy! Zwłaszcza dla rodzin 2+3!

We were pleasantly surprised to find such a nice well kept home. Loved being close to a grocery store.

Points positifs : The property was homey and very convenient to the places we wanted to visit. Great reception from the owner Fred and his son. The home was very secure and the car parking on site was great. The home was a 2 story with lots of room. It has 2 full, modern bathrooms one on each floor. The home was immaculate! The modern kitchen has a refrigerator, cook top, oven and a dishwasher. The downstairs bath also has a full size washer and dryer. An added plus for us! The cable tv was large (55”) and had so many channels in many languages. We were able to stay current with things going on in the USA. The beds were very comfortable although very low to the ground. The house had a lot of character being an old farmhouse. There were several fruit trees in the large enclosed yard. A patio with outdoor furniture and a bbq were available to us but unfortunately it rained a lot during our stay in early September. All in all we will definitely stay here again.

Points négatifs : Inside lighting was lacking. I prefer a well lit living area to do crochet/knitting in the evenings.

We would go again, our strongest recommendation to anyone, and we had 3 kids (they even had toys!)

Points positifs : Our Host Family actually waited to meet us and to show us everything we needed to know for the week…they were incredibly gracious~! We would highly recommend this venue for anyone~!

Points négatifs : We cannot think of anything that was missing…only sad we had to leave. The lawn was lovely, with a hammock and games, the patio was great, we enjoyed barbecuing outside. The weather was perfect and the information they left us was more than helpful!
