Fantastic short break in a beautiful farmhouse in a beautiful area.

Points positifs : We loved the farmhouse - it is in a lovely quiet location, has been beautifully restored, and there are so many interesting things to discover in the decor (the floor tiles are wonderful!). We also loved everything that was provided in the barn and gardens too - table tennis, darts, bikes, etc; the outdoor pizza oven; a washing line (for the wet beach-wear!); and the courtyard to enjoy our meals in. The kitchen was very well equipped which we appreciated. We enjoyed exploring the local area - we'd love to return.

Points négatifs : We arrived on a Sunday, with no local shops open - as we couldn't bring milk in from the UK we would have appreciared some milk in the fridge for a cup of tea, but that is probably a very British requirement! And a very minor negative!

Our stay was wonderful. Stunning renovation. Remote location. Empty beaches!

Points positifs : Thoughtfully renovated property. Every room was tastefully designed. I was particularly impressed with your shower! Great pick me up to start the day! I have similar at home but nothing like that pressure! What pump have you got?!

Points négatifs : Nothing to fault. If I was being really picky you could put a recycling bin on site for bottles and cardboard as we ran several trips into town to deposit glass. On the last day we had to leave the yellow bag of recycling as we had no room to pack it into a full car!

Es war wunderschön!!!

Points positifs : Ich war schon in vielen schönen Ferienhäusern und -wohnungen, aber dieses Haus ist mein Traumhaus. Wunderschön, geschmackvoll, urig und gemütlich und mit so viel Liebe zum Detail eingerichtet. Bequeme Betten, sehr gut ausgestattete Küche (die Messer könnten etwas schärfer sein ;-) ) Tolle Badezimmer. Es ist einfach alles da, was man braucht um eine ruhige und entspannte Zeit zu verbringen. Die sehr ruhige Lage muss man natürlich mögen, aber ich habe sie mit dem Rotwein, den mir die Vermieter auf den Tisch gestellt hatten, und einem gemütlichen Kaminfeuer sehr genossen. Ich habe die Vermieter zwar nicht persönlich getroffen, aber die Kommunikation per Mail war immer sehr herzlich und freundlich. Alle Fragen wurden sofort beantwortet. Herzlichen Dank, Francesca und Sam!

Immer wieder gern

Points positifs : Wer die Abgeschiedenheit bei Selbstverpflegung (die französischen Supermärkte und Lebensmittelgeschäfte lassen keine Wünsche offen) und einem tollen Meeresluftklima, einsame Strände und eine wunderschöne Natur liebt, ist hier im September genau richtig. Ein wunderschön und mit viel Liebe eingerichtetes, sehr persönliches Haus. Sehr freundliche und umsichtige Gastgeber. Obwohl man sich nicht persönlich gesehen hat standen sie digital zu Verfügung und alles hat einwandfrei funktioniert. Das Haus war aufgewärmt als wir ankamen. Sehr gut ausgestattete Küche. Für alles gab es detaillierte Hinweise und Beschreibungen, wo es was zu finden gab. Von Einkaufsmöglichkeiten über empfohlene Restaurants in der Gegend, Sehenswürdigkeiten oder wie welche Geräte zu benutzen sind. Wir haben uns sehr wohlgefühlt.

Points négatifs : Die Lage des Hauses hätten wir etwas anders erwartet. Ohne Auto geht also fast gar nichts. Eine Straße trennt den Garten vom Haus. Es kommen selten Autos vorbei also ist es sehr ruhig. Aber wenn Autos vorbei fahren, sind die sehr schnell. Mit kleinen Kindern sollte man das wissen. Ansonsten ist es eine Idylle!!
