Nice renovated fisherman's house near the sea

Points positifs : Très bien situé à Cancale. Stationnement de notre véhicule en proximité du logement, un peu compliqué sur 2 soirées au cours de notre séjour. Logement bien équipée, pour les 3 personnes que nous étions sur la semaine.

Points négatifs : Logement sur 4 niveaux, avec des escaliers un peu raides. Mais l information figurait bien dans la présentation initiale.

Points positifs : Logement atypique, à proximité de tout , il ne manquait absolument rien. Nous avons adoré la région que l'on ne connaissait pas. Nous reviendrons

Points négatifs : Escalier très étroit mais stipulé dans l'annonce. Juste bien faire attention s'il y a des enfants

Logement atypique très bien situé

Points positifs : Le logement est très bien équipé et vraiment très bien situé. Aucun problème pour trouver et récupérer la clef dans le coffre à clefs. C'est une maisonnette très atypique sur 3-4 étages, avec le salon-cuisine au RDV, le toilettes avec 1 lit à l'étage 1, la salle d'eau avec 1 autre lit à l'étage 2, et une mezzanine avec d'autres petits lits encore au dessus. Le logement a été rénové avec gout et est assez fonctionnel. Attention tout de même aux escaliers, dangereux pour des enfants en bas âge ou des personnes âgées. Je déconseille fortement pour les personnes ayant des problèmes d'équilibre.

Points positifs : La localisation est parfaite : toutes les commodités accessibles à pied ( le port , les commerces , supérette ).

Points négatifs : La luminosité dans la salle de bain est insuffisante.

Idéal pour un court séjour à prix raisonnable!

Points positifs : un très bon rapport qualité/prix, la proximité des commerce du centre ville et du sentier des douaniers, le calme. le fait que les lits soient faits à l'arrivée et que les serviettes de toilette soient fournies. Conforme aux photos. Stationnement facile à proximité pendant les vacances de la Toussaint.

Points négatifs : L'accès aux étages par un escalier très abrupt, manque de luminosité.

Points positifs : Comfortable and charming accomodation, well situated. Quality of finishing actually higher than expected. The steep stairs are correctly mentioned in the ad, and honestly they are steep but not irregular or unstable, so that's fine. If you like something a bit original but still with a good part of modern comfort, I recommend (if you have a steady footing). Good beds. Good bathroom (but attention : only one toilet in the whole appartment. At night, some people need to take the (steep) stairs to go to the toilet).

Points négatifs : The procedures need some finetuning. Owner uses a third party provider to block a caution - this is an honest and transparant approach, but quite formalistic (never had it before). Owner repeatedly inquires about your precise hour of arrival, several days ahead. Again the expectation is for a quite formalistic welcome and you get even a bit stressed to respect the hour you agreed. ... and then one hour before arrival you get a message that the keys are in the key box, and you never see anybody. No welcome information folder either, just go out and discover the house for yourself. Example : we actually discovered the dishwasher only upon departure. We also think we discovered a private parking place (?) Bottom line : I'm very happy with the key box solution, but then leave some information folder and don't stress me with repeated requests about the arrival hour (as this is irrelevant).

Fantastic stay in Cancale

Points positifs : This is an amazing seaside village, with plenty to do and see. The house is ideally located for shopping and travelling by bus. The accommodation will suit a family or small group. There are three bedrooms, one bathroom, and separate toilets. The kitchen has everything one needs ( including a small dishwasher and washing machine). The lady in charge of looking after the property (Marie-Laurine) is extremely nice. Mont St Michel can be seen on the horizon, amazing!

Points négatifs : There was nothing we didn't like. If you have mobility issues, young children, or are step-averse, then you may not enjoy it as much as we did. Just a few general maintenance points to look into, nothing major

Points positifs : Ein sehr schönes Apartment über 3 Etagen plus Dachboden. Mit viel Liebe eingerichtet. Zu Fuß alles gut erreichbar, Parkplätze ausreichend innerhalb 5 Minuten zu Fuß zu finden.

Points négatifs : Die Beleuchtung im Bad ist sehr dunkel. Die Treppen sind steil mit schmalen Stufen. Für ältere und korpulentere Menschen nicht geeignet.

Points positifs : Hihetetlen hangulatú szàllàs, szuper megtapasztalni, hogy milyen egy ilyen hàzban lakni. Minden közel volt, pèksèg, bolt, ès a tengerpart is. Jól felszerelt apartman, minden volt amire szüksègünk volt.

Points négatifs : Nem volt szekrèny a ruhàknak, de ez teljesen èrthető, mert egy keskeny èpülsteől van szó. Megoldottuk, valamit valamièrt😊

Points positifs : super locatie, erg rustig gelegen en op wandel afstand van strand/haventje

Points négatifs : niets eigenlijk, mss oestermes voorzien Dat heb ik niet gevonden en cancale is toch hoofdstad van de oesters
