Repos et déconnexion dans une région historique
Points positifs : Logement neuf, très propre et très agréable. Meublé avec soin et fourni de tout ce dont on peut avoir besoin pendant un séjour (lessive, produit vaisselle, thé et café, huile…) . Très très bien équipé avec des éléments modernes et pratiques (sèche-serviette électrique, tv avec plusieurs plateformes streaming, machine sodastream…). Literie très confortable. Le cadre, avec le grand jardin autour, est top! Arnaud et sa maman ont été des hôtes très sympas avec nous et notre bébé.
Points négatifs : Peut-être rajouter une ou deux patères dans la salle de bains ou une petite étagère pour poser les affaires.

Pour un moment de calme et de verdure. Allez y
Points positifs : Du calme et de la verdure, cela change des hôtels quand on a envie de faire le break hôtelier, il y a tout ce qu’il faut. Top
Points négatifs : Le matelas très ferme, mais bon, c’est selon les personnes, cela reste subjectif. Et l’armoire un peu petite si on veut rester plus longtemps c’est surtout au niveau de la penderie

Excellent property, perfect stay.
Points positifs : The proximity to the centre and motorway. The property was immaculate and very private. The host was friendly and helpful. The location was peaceful.

Nice quant hub
Points positifs : We got a nice warm welcome from Arnaud, who immediately kept a conversation going. A good (and I think new) host who asks questions and wants to learn what he can do better in the future of hosting. The house is really modern, decorated perfectly and is filled with useful utilities. A nice little hub in the big spacious city of Caen, walking distance from a supermarket ánd the city centre, which is beautiful on its own. The hub is in the (big!) garden/lot of the owner, but that is not a problem at all: duo to the direction the hub is placed it offers you a lot of privacy, and your car can be parked safely on the lot as well, which is nice in a big city. It was very clean, very well kept. The TV offered loads of options too, and the kitchen is very well stocked. Keep it up! :D
Points négatifs : Sadly the booking.com website said pets were allowed, but it turned out that it wasn't the case for our bigger dog. In the end Arnaud really was thoughtful about it and allowed him to stay as well, as long as we cleaned perfectly after him (which we hope we managed to do, we tried our best). Though we now see that the question got added on July 2nd about pets (after our stay), and that it only allows small pets now. So if you're travelling with a medium sized dog, this will not be a stay you could book, which is a shame due to the wonderful garden area and quiet place. For the rest, the location near the city is perfect so by all means do book it!

Schöner Aufenthalt, aber anders als erwartet
Points positifs : Das Haus ist sehr neu und schön eingerichtet. Die Lage ist sehr zentral und wir hatten einen privaten Parkplatz. Das Grundstück ist komplett von einer Mauer umschlossen, was für den Urlaub mit dem Hund super war. Er durfte sich frei auf dem sehr großen Grundstück bewegen. Arnaud war sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit.
Points négatifs : Das Haus und der Pool stehen auf dem Grundstück des Besitzers. Beim Schwimmen hat man keine Privatsphäre, weil der Pool direkt an die Terrasse der Besitzer angrenzt.

Zeer relax, perfect voor mensen die de rust zoeken maar toch in/aan de stad willen verblijven
Points positifs : De rust van de locatie, net buiten het stadscentrum en toch vlakbij alles op wandelafstand.. Vermits dit geen hotelfaciliteit is, is de aanwezigheid van een supermarkt op amper 5 minuten wandelen een grote troef.
