Points positifs : Nous avons passé une excellente courte semaine au Clos des Marmuzots. L'emplacement est top, à proximité à pied du centre (charmant) de Bayeux, la maison est très confortable, bien chauffée (entre 0 et 5° dehors), bien équipée et très agréable à vivre. Et l'accueil est chaleureux. Nous recommandons sans hésiter. Merci à nos hôtes.

Perfect base for a visit to the Normandy region.

Points positifs : We couldn't have been happier with the property - great location, lovely host and beautiful property. Everything had been thought of. The property has been furnished and decorated way beyond a holiday home, so many lovely finishing touches and attention to detail - it far exceeded our expectations. Anne-Marie and her family were kind and considerate hosts.

A very enjoyable stay, good communication with the agent would definitely stay here again.

Points positifs : Very clean and modern. Good location for the centre of town and restaurants. Spacious and well equipped.

Points négatifs : I think it’s a shame it does not have three separate bedrooms instead of the sofa bed in the living area.

Le Clos des Marmuzots is the best

Points positifs : The house and yard were perfect. We could not have asked for more. The family and I loved staying here and felt this was the only place we were able to truly relax during our trip. We only wished we had longer here, and we hope to stay again in the future. The owner, Anne Marie, came out to greet us. She was incredibly friendly and nice, and we enjoyed meeting her despite our language differences. Merci beaucoup, Anne Marie!

Points positifs : A stunning, newly built house, fully equipped and cozy with elegant decor. Features a lovely garden with apple and pear trees. Includes a coffee machine with enough pods for four people over two days. Conveniently located within walking distance of the town center, with a scenic park and stream nearby. Highly recommended! Thrilled we could stay for two nights.
