La Villa Boutrois

Très jolie villa très bien équipée. Tout était parfait. Nous avons passé un excellent séjour.

Points positifs : l'emplacement de la villa est près de certains commerces dont une boulangerie. Les véhicules sont garés à l'intérieur près de la maison ce qui est très appréciable

Relaxing in everyway with lots of extras like pool,jacuzzi,bar,pool table, large garden.

Points positifs : One of the best properties we have stayed in. The property was immaculate when we entered. It had everything you needed for a relaxing vacation.

Points négatifs : No negatives

Points positifs : The home was in a quiet little town, only a 10 minute walk away. The is the famous creamery and butter makers up the road with the best ice cream ever.

Points négatifs : The robot lawn mower kept stopping😅

Great base to explore with an amazing, huge garden

Points positifs : This was a fantastic base for our tour of Normandy. We could take trips out to the beaches, cider tasting and Bayeux. But staying in was excellent too. We used the heated pool, enjoyed the garden and the boys played snooker. The garden is just amazing and huge, with lots of different seating areas so we could put the awning out and shade from the sun. It felt very private. We loved it. Close to the town for crepes, fresh bread and meat. 2 supermarkets and a number of bakeries. We could come back and explore more.

Points négatifs : More rugs to wipe feet on as the grass was very wet in the mornings so made the tiles slippy. Sofas and chairs are not comfy for lounging out on There was a gap in the hedge which our dog tried to explore, so we had to keep him on the long line as didnt know what was in the field or barn. Luckily he discovered it later on in the holiday as he got braver.

Sehr angenehmer Aufenthalt in einer schönen Atmosphäre.

Points positifs : Die Villa verfügt über einen sehr großen Garten und ist sehr ruhig gelegen. Die Entfernung zum Stadtzentrum von Isigny-sur-Mer beträgt weniger als 1 km. Neben dem Pool-Billardtisch im sehr großen Wohnzimmer gibt es einen eignen Boule-Platz neben dem Haus und einen gemauerten Grill. Für Kinder ist zudem eine Schaukel im Garten vorhanden. Besonders gefallen hat uns der Wintergarten und das gesamte Ambiente der Villa. Ein wirklich schönes Haus, das kaum Wünsche offen lässt. Den Außenswimmingpool haben wir wegen des Wetters nicht benutzt. In wenigen Metern Entfernung gibt es einen Bäcker.

Points négatifs : Da wir mit 2 Paaren gereist sind, wäre ein 2. Hausschlüssel von Vorteil gewesen. Ansonsten gibt es aus unserer Sicht nichts zu beanstanden.

Points positifs : Romain ist ein sehr aufmerksamer Gastgeber. Auf jede Frage oder Anliegen, reagiert er sofort. Das Haus und der große Garten sind einfach toll. Der Pool hat angenehme 28 Grad und ist sehr sauber und überraschend groß. Die Küche ist großartig, genauso der Grill und der Wintergarten und die Terrassen. Man kann vom Haus aus easy die D-Day Strände besuchen, auch andere Sehenswürdigkeiten sind schnell erreichbar. Kurzum, wir haben die Zeit bei Romain sehr genossen und können Ihn und sein Team sowie das Haus sehr empfehlen.

Points négatifs : Es hätte ein bißchen sauberer sein können, aber dass ist jammern auf hohem Niveau.
