Points positifs : Très joli studio, lit confortable et bien équipée et tres calme

Points positifs : Studio agréable pour 2 personnes bien sympathique, pas très loin de la plage centre ville à deux pas de la ville c parfait !!! Propriétaire tres agréable au téléphone !! Je recommande vivement pour des vacances à deux ou pti week-end.

Points positifs : Absolutely everything about this property is perfect. The location couldn't be better for the local attractions, beaches, shops, ferry terminal, bus transport etc. The apartment is very well-planned out with everything you could possibly need for a stay of any length of time.

Great location for food and ferry.

Points positifs : Perfect for us, stopping for an early ferry, we’d had a bad drive up in the wet and dark, later than we hoped to arrive so couldn’t see much of the beach but had a nice night out, Pizzeria Il Salentino is 2 mins walk, great host, speaks 5 languages so good as I was too tired to think in French! Opens late. Great pizza. Nice wine. Belgian beer. Then 2 mins more down to (casino?) Stocked up on wine, walked back. Balcony is nice, bed (it’s a pull down but is very practical and comfortable, we are thinking that’s a great option for our visitors in France) best nights sleep in a new place, so much better than the overnight ferry. We didn’t cook but facilities looked good, shower excellent. Comms from Cyril excellent.

Points négatifs : Nothing- but please don’t do as I did and when the hall light goes off instead of hitting the light switch rang the doorbell of the lady next door! They look similar. Desole Madame !

Points positifs : It's location and proximity to the D-Day beaches and to Caen. The balcony increased the living area by 50%. It was a quiet location. The bathroom worked well and the shower was good.

Points négatifs : No parking at the property, but was off road 50 - 100 meters away. The bedsheets were very tired and worn. Two of the three saucepans had no lids. 5 large plates provided, but with no smaller sideplates. Only 3 mugs, one of which was very dirty on arrival.
