Studio hyper centre de Caen

Studio très agréable, joliment décoré et idéalement situé.

Points positifs : J'ai particulièrement apprécié la literie, très confortable.

Points négatifs : La douche est très étroite. Cela ne m'empêchera pas de revenir avec plaisir.

Fort agréable

Points positifs : Logement certes petit mais très bien agencé avec une jolie déco! L’emplacement est idéal, resto, commerces, visites alentours sans besoins de voiture. Nous avons découvert une ville très agréable.

Points négatifs : Je dirais le manque de vaisselle car même pour deux c’est limite.

Points positifs : Emplacement au top, appartement très propre & très jolie. La clim dans la chambre à été d'un grand soulagement.

Points positifs : L'appartement est parfait pour y passer un excellent weekend! Emplacement top et tout est fonctionnel dedans. Le petit + la pierre de Caen le rend magnifique! Dommage qu'il ne soit plus disponible les weekends, nous serions revenus avec plaisir...

Points positifs : La situation en plein centre de Caen, à proximité des transports, commerces ... le système de boîtes à code pour récupérer les clés à l'arrivée et les laisser au départ.

Points positifs : Le logement est très bien situé. Il est très agréable, bien équipé et confortable.

Points négatifs : Le logement n'est pas très bien isolé.

Nice place in a really nice place

Points positifs : Extremely good location for the price, you'll be within walking distance of several great attractions like the chateau or parks, along with several good bakeries/restaurants and the city centre itself. A bit of a walk to the train station, but it's doable. Very nice interior decoration and furnishing, which makes an otherwise small space comfortable for one or two people. Comfortable bed, servicable kitchen (it could use a dish rack, oven, or at least a newer pan), decent bathroom. And to top it all off, consistent high-speed wifi is included too. All great.

Points négatifs : Ants got into the room from the bathroom on my first night, and I found an ant trap that may have been from a previous guest. However the apartment manager was very apologetic and came to get rid of them personally the next morning, and left the can of spray pesticide with me as well. The ants didn't come back after the first spraying. If you see any, text the manager. Some of the lights didn't turn on, specifically the main ceiling light. Probably just a bulb that needs replacing, but there was a standing lamp in the corner that was unplugged and nowhere close to an outlet... Water heater is a little inconsistent. When running warm water to wash dishes, it first shot out boiling hot water which hit my hand for a moment and scalded it. Be careful and let the water run warm for a minute before doing dishes or showering. Ventilation could be better. There didn't seem to be any fan in the bathroom, and neither was there a fan above the stove for cooking. You can open the windows of course, but it's not ideal.
