Appartement proche de tout , neuf et confortable . Très bonne disponibilité de l’hôte.
Points positifs : Lieu proche de tout gare, centre historique et palais des sports , près de la rivière , restaurants tout à pied idéal. Disponibilité de l’hôte et réponses rapides à nos questions et arrangement de départ . Encore merci ! Calme de l appartement Double vitrage au top Mobilier et équipement parfait L emplacement proche de tout !
Points négatifs : Mettre une aération dans la salle de bain et une hotte dans la cuisine . Cela vous aidera à garder le neuf de votre logement .

Lovely apartment near Caen train station
Points positifs : I loved this apartment! Very nicely decorated and comfortable. Lots of storage, more than I needed as a solo traveler. There's no lift and it's on the 2nd floor (3rd floor for North Americans). But the stairs were a gentle climb. The location is a 4 minute walk from the train station and trams. Caen has a great transit system so it's easy to get around without a car. If you have a car, the dedicated parking spot was very helpful. I would definitely stay here again!
Points négatifs : I wish there was a better lamp in the living room, rather than just a ceiling light.

Ideal spot for a short stay in Caen
Points positifs : Spacious and comfortable. The staff were great when it came to sorting a 2nd parking space and resolving an issue with an additional towel
Points négatifs : There is no lift in the apartment block

Lovely Apartment
Points positifs : Lovely apartment with 2 bedrooms and three TVs. The location was close to the train station. Not the best area, however we never felt unsafe. The bed was comfortable and the kitchen had all the pots, pans, plates, and utensils. The bathroom was very nice with a big shower, plenty of hot water, and a heated towel rack. It had a great washing machine and dishwasher as well. There is a door in the back and one in the front to enter the apartment building. Use the blue fob on the door to enter the building.
Points négatifs : The apartment is lovely. For those who prefer a lift, this apartment has several flights of stairs. I was unable to turn on the heat, although it wasn't that cold. It would be nice to have instructions regarding the heat. I could have called the host, but honestly, it just wasn't that chilly.

Estancia en Caen
Points positifs : El apartamento es coqueto y bien equipado. Tiene lo necesario. Quizás me hizo falta alguna toalla de lavabo. No hemos podido poner la televisión de la habitación, pero bueno, la verdad es que sólo estábamos un rato por la tarde. Tiene un parking muy fácil y que resulta muy cómodo.
Points négatifs : La calle es un poco ruidosa. Pero de noche se descansa muy bien.

Points positifs : L’appartamento è molto pulito e attrezzato : parcheggio privato in cortile ,lavatrice ,asciugatrice ,lavastoviglie , pentole , (anche se piccole) e tutto il necessario che ti può servire come primo giorno dal tuo arrivo .
Points négatifs : Rispetto all’appartamento , tenuto molto bene , gli esterni un po’ meno …
