Points positifs : appartement spacieux et très lumineux, décoré avec goût , plein de détails sympas et les chambres avec un accès bien séparées, l'une de l'autre. emplacement au top et le petit balcon bien agréable douche géniale, et cuisine parfaitement équipée

Points négatifs : le welcome book donne toutes les infos nécessaires , y compris des adresses pour se restaurer MAIS ATTENTION au restaurant La fringale qui y est répertorié , c'est un piège à touristes étrangers , rapport qualité prix bof et surtout bien vérifier la facture (la notre + 20 euros, une erreur!) seule mauvaise expérience de notre séjour avant de choisir où dîner prenez le temps de lire les commentaires sur tripadvisor ,, hélas cette fois nous n'avons pas pris le temps avant car nous étions affamés!

Points positifs : L’organisation, la prévenance, la réactivité d’Alex et de l’équipe. Le logement propre, spacieux, fonctionnel, lumineux et bien placé.

Points négatifs : Les voisins du dessus bruyants (2 nuits consécutives jusqu’à 3h du matin)

Globalement : très bon séjour. Hôtesse réactive et accueillante.

Points positifs : Emplacement très convenable : à l’entrée du centre historique. Toutes les visites se font à pied. En outre, non loin, il y a un parking gratuit

Points négatifs : Bouilloire cassée.

Points positifs : Good location in Bayeux close to center, charming apartment equipped with all you need. Parking is possible free of charge in the opposite square so made it very convenient for us. Lots of useful information was provided and appreciated.

Points négatifs : Whilst the communication with the hosts was generally very good, I was disappointed that my small request for a stool in the shower was not provided, especially since the shower is a bit higher than usual which I found quite challenging due to my current physical condition.

Beautiful and historic Bayeux

Points positifs : The apartment was much more spacious than we anticipated. It was good to have free parking so close. Its situated close to all amenities and a bonus of a fantastic market in the car park opposite on a Saturday. The apartment is above a bar which we had visited before and next door is a very good bistro.

Points positifs : spotlessly clean and well equipped apartment in a great location

Points négatifs : The communication from the host was awful. They didn't reply to emails and eventually when they did they used several different platforms. Bookings.com message service, email, mobile all from seemingly different people. We were told we would get the key code the day before we left. It didn't come so we texted, emailed, phoned and messaged en-route and eventually an hour away from the apartment got the code. On arrival we were sent pictures of the stairs with no way of identifying the actual apartment, All the doors were grey with no number on the them. We tried several scaring the beejeezuz out of one resident and her cat. It would be much simpler and way less stressful to say \

Points positifs : Studio was extremely comfortable. Staff was very responsive and helpful. Optional breakfast delivered was nice touch and yummy.

Points négatifs : Stay listed as having laundry, but did not it was shared by staff and in hallway. I had to ask where it was then there were wet towels in dryer that I had to dry and remove before I could dry my own items. All this had a negative impact on my timing as I waited for laundry to dry before I could leave. Late checkout was listed as a charge —if you can offer it do; it’s a nice touch that doesn’t cost you, but a charge for an extra hour seems petty.

Points positifs : Die Lage ist sehr zentral und mit dem kostenlosen Parkplatz Espace St.Patrice kein Problem.Er liegt direkt an der Rue Montfiquet schräg gegenüber der Eingangstür auch wenn die offizielle Adresse 8 rue d Eterville lautet ...

Points négatifs : Das Haus ist sehr hellhörig und vor allem die Wasserleitungen sind anscheinend kaum isoliert, so dass man von der Wohnung darüber hört wenn Wasser genutzt wird...Aber das ist ja nicht ständig....
