Points positifs : Appartement en duplex très central dans Bayeux, au calme, avec une place de parking privée. 2 belles chambres et suffisamment d'espace pour loger 4 personnes. Confortable.
Points négatifs : Ce n'est pas une critique, mais c'est à savoir : il y a un escalier en pierre en colimaçon pour accéder à l'appartement (2eme étage)

This was a great place to stay while in Bayeux. Easily within walking distance of cafes. Felt safe

Excellent location on 3rd and 4th floor of nice old building with great views and private parking.
Points positifs : Excellent location in an interesting old building that looks out over Bayeux. Apartment is on 3rd and 4th floor and up some narrow winding steps. Has character but stairs might be problematic for some people. Parking is behind a locked gate. Access is okay and typical for France.
Points négatifs : No toiletries provided. Barrage of repeated emails, texts, and requests from company running the apartment. We only need to know the location of key box. Top floor kitchen has limited head room for tall people.

Great place to stay, perfect.
Points positifs : Excellent location, property a bit quirky and fun. Fabulous view over the roof tops, great view of the cathederal. Secure parking. Some reviews say it is tight to get into the parking and it is a little but you just have to be careful.
Points négatifs : It was all good for us.

Lovely spacious property in centre of Bayeux. Easy walking distance to restaurants, shops and sights
Points positifs : BelleVue by name, Belle View by nature. Lovely spacious property with fantastic view out to the Cathedral. Bang in the centre of Bayeux, easy walking distance to restaurants, shops and sights. The flat has it's own parking bay behind a locked gate. Bayeux is a great central hub to take day-trips by car to the Normandy landing sites, or to the beatiful Atlantic beaches of western Contentin. We liked PortBail sur Mer, and Saint-Sauveur-le-Vicomte offered a suprising historical distraction along the way.
Points négatifs : Nothing to dislike. A warning though if you find stairs difficult. There are 30 steps up a stone spiral stairway to the property, and a further 15 inside to the kitchen-diner. The entrance to the parking is a very tight turn. Fine for standard cars, but beware if you have a particularly large car (or if you're not a confident driver/parker)

We loved the accommodation and would recommend.
Points positifs : Excellent location. Clean, stylish and very well equipped.
Points négatifs : Minor points but the stairs need a handrail as it was quite dangerous for my daughter and elderly mother. Could also do with an additional arm chair in the living area.

Beautiful apartment, attentive and very helpful hosts.
Points positifs : WOW! What’s not to like? Ideally situated, just a short walk from shops, museums and tour pick-up points, but in a quiet neighbourhood. Secure, private parking. Stunning apartment with enchanting views out of every window. All creature comforts kindly provided by our hosts, down to small details like sugar cubes, more than enough laundry detergent, an umbrella and quilted toilet paper.
Points négatifs : The fact that we couldn’t stay longer!

Quaint and unique property! We loved our stay.
Points positifs : Quaint and in a great location. We were in a short walking distance to the sites, restaurants, markets, and shoos. Compared to a typical hotel room, the apartment was very roomy. It was clean and we found the sleeping arrangements very comfortable. They left a book with very helpful information regarding the area, and clear instructions about arrival and departure details.
Points négatifs : The sofa is very small and not very comfortable. I would have liked a few extra towels. Shower soap/wash was not provided so we had to run to the market to buy soap which was a little inconvenient. The spiral stairs may be a problem for those with mobility issues but we managed fine. The apartment was decorated very cute. We really enjoyed our stay but for these reasons I didn’t give 5 stars
